  1. 1.Email our returns department at bodytohome@nougatlondon.co.uk and ask for your individual returns number. This proves that you have informed us of your intent to return your goods within the 28 days of receipt and also enables us to track your goods..

  2. Wrap your items in securely in its original packaging, paying attention not to damage the box or items in the process. Include all tags.

    All goods must be returned to our warehouse in its original packaging.

    We strongly recommended you use a recorded or traceable Delivery Service against which you are insured in the event of a loss as we can not be responsible for returned goods unless we have signed for them.

    For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any opened product

    The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelation. Nougat will not be responsible for any refund of postage or carriage.
