We ship using City Link. City Link deliver Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm. Please ensure that that someone is onsite to accept and sign for your delivery. If there is no signatory present City Link will not deliver the parcel.

For off shore and remote areas including Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Channel Islands, Alderney and Scottish Islands delivery may take 3-10 working days.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. We realise that occasionally you may want to return items for a refund.

We offer a full 7 day (from receipt of goods) money back guarantee for all items. Please follow these steps;

1. Email our returns department at bodytohome@nougatlondon.co.uk and ask for your individual returns number. This proves that you have informed us of your intent to return your goods within the 7 days of receipt and also enables us to track your goods.
2. Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order
3. Wrap your items in securely in its original packaging, paying attention not to damage the box or items in the process. Include all tags.

All goods must be returned to us in its original packaging.

You must to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in our store but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.

We strongly recommended you use a recorded or traceable Delivery Service against which you are insured in the event of a loss as we can not be responsible for returned goods unless we have signed for them.

If you are returning a non-faulty item, then the cost of returning the item to us is your liability.

Please Note

• Please don’t use scissors to open your package, you are able to just tear the packaging open. Returns with scissor marks will not be accepted.
• Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale.
• Please be very careful when trying products on, for example, please ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks on the product as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.
• Please thoroughly inspect any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.
• For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any swimwear, lingerie and earrings.
• Provided that the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition and are unused, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price which will be credited to your original method of payment.

Cancellations

The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. Nougat will not be responsible for any refund of postage or carriage.
