The spa is a place of relaxation and bliss, our treatments are there to relax, rejuvenate and restore from within. We therefore ask that clients kindly refrain from using mobile phones in the spa area and treatment rooms. Upon arrival please switch your mobile off.

We encourage clients to arrive 15 minutes before treatment commences, a late arrival may mean a shortened treatment time and therefore less time to be pampered!

Whilst a full consultation will be carried out by you therapists prior to any treatment beginning, it is very helpful if when booking your appointment you advise the spa receptionist of any medical concerns, allergies or injuries you may have.

If you are unsure of the treatments available to you during this special time kindly allow our spa therapists to assist you in selecting suitable pre-natal treatments. We advise you to take special care during the first trimester stage of pregnancy.

This is your time and we want you to enjoy the whole experience. If you need assistance with anything, be it lighting, room temperature or pressure technique please discuss with your therapist who will be happy to accommodate your requirements

For all of our body and face treatments we provide robes, slippers and where necessary, disposable undergarments. During any treatment the therapist will show the utmost respect in keeping the body covered correctly.

Gift vouchers can be purchased from the spa and are valid for a 12 month period from date of purchase. Vouchers are for a specific monetary value and can be used against product or treatments. They cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty promotions.

We understand there are occasions when it is necessary to cancel appointments. As our therapists are very busy we request 24 hours notice for any cancellation otherwise we may have to charge the full amount for the treatment.

Please ensure any jewellery removed prior to treatment is stored safely with your personal possessions. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal items during your visit

We welcome young adults between the ages of 16 and 18 to experience select spa treatments, however we ask that they be accompanied by an adult. We hope these notes are of use to you and we look forward to welcoming you.
