Although our Royal Mail return service is currently running as normal, please note due to the CoronaVirus your return may be delayed in getting back to the warehouse and delayed in being processed by the team. We will confirm via email once your return has been processed. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
Please note we do not currently accept returns on Wholesale Trade Orders unless authorised by head office.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Free UK Returns Policy on all Refund / Exchange requests.
To return an item please use the Returns Form and we will send you an email with a paid for postage label that you can print off and attach to your parcel.
No printer? No problem. Head to your nearest post office to print.
All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order and must be returned new, unused and in the original packaging with all Nougat London garment tags and labels attached.
To request a refund simply fill out the form below and we will email you a pre-paid label to print off and stick to your parcel. Please allow upto 24 hours for your email to come through, although in most cases it will be done a lot sooner than that.
Post Offices and WHSmiths branches are now open 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12:30pm Saturday.

Once your return has been received at our warehouse we will inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the Nougat London Returns Policy, we will process your return request within 14 days of receiving your returned goods and will send you an email notification to confirm this.
Please note - At present we do not offer gift receipts. If an item was received as a gift and the recipient would like to return the item for a refund, the refund will be made to the original order payment method. An email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.
If the customer requires an exchange, an exchange can only be made for the same item in a different size/colour as per the Returns Policy. The exchange will be sent to the shipping address on the original order and an email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.
The order remains the property of Nougat London until it reaches the customer. Once received the order then becomes the customers responsibility and property.
If the customer chooses to return the order, the order remains the property of the customer until it is successfully returned to Nougat London. Please ensure you keep any Proof of Postage safe until we have confirmed receipt of your returned item(s). Once your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
